The house is available all year.

There is no set changeover day. Arrival time after 4pm, departure time by 10am.

Prices are per week (6 nights).

Electricity, bed linen and towels are included

Booking Notes

A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable no later than 1 week prior to arrival. A deposit of €100 in cash is required on arrival, against damage, returned on departure. Cancellation charges apply.

A "starter pack" of tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter is included in the cost. Additional groceries can be booked in advance, at cost, to a maximum of €50. You can email your shopping list a few days before arrival.
